Excelente personal, tiene todo los servicios necesarios . Queda cerca de a playa de ma concha. Muy buena ubicación para hacer compras básicas de alimentacion u otros .

The hostel was in a great location but other then that it was a bit underwhelming. The club was going all night if you wanted to sleep but again, perfect location.

Hostel muy bien ubicado, en el casco viejo, cerca del monte Igueldo. Y de la playa. Esta bien para una estadia tranquila sin demasiada fiesta, el area comun. Es pequeña y no se organizan actividades en conjunto, asi que para el q viaja solo tal vez si se queda muchos dias se haga un poco solitario. Las chicas de la recepcion son super amables y dan muy buenas recomendaciones de donde comer y que hacer.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpfull and even with difficult situations they have a really personal and professional way of dealing with. They did much more than they had to, to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It is not common that a hostel takes the responsibility to make up fot the mistakes a roommate had accused. So when the American guest decided to turn our room into a brothel the hostel reacted immediately, had a serious talk to him and changed him into another room (people in the new room knew what had happened and agreed to take him in). On top they decided to take us out for food and drinks to make up for our sleepless night. This is unusual and much more than I expected.
The only thing I really missed was a common room that is as warm and welcoming as the two ladies in the reception. The kitchen doesn`t really invite you to stay as there is only plastic plates and cups (to throw away) and not enough facilities to cook and not enough dishes. I have to say I'm not a fan of the keycard system, where you need to leave your card in a slot in the room to have access to electricity. For example: you can't recharge your phone and leave the room as you also need the card to enter. I also missed the excess to computers and it would be great if the reception hours would be longer.
