Comments  (English):
The hostel was very well located, clean and the food was ok.
The service staff was nice, but none of them did in fact address our problem. We complained the first and second day for there was no hot water and no heating, and although it was promised to be solved, none actually did anything, which made our stay unpleasant.
As for the rest it was pretty ok. The hostel was quiet and in order, clean and with all facilities needed.
