Comments  (English):
Although we had a firm booking for Urbos 1 and texted to confirm our arrival when we arrived the owner had given away the room because he had no details and gave us instead a room with windows we couldn't open and no towels. The next our reservation had mysteriously appeared back on his computer and he had a number of reasons it was our fault. We left.
