I'm afraid I have to advise everyone against booking room in Jump Inn hostel. Because of mistakes made by staff I was forced to give my trip to Warsaw a miss. My reservation was canceled by staff after 2,5 months after booking a room and in 3 weeks before my trip (which would be in high-season, so I cannot book anything else). The manager of the hostel promised me that he would do what he could and he said that he would call me that day. Unfortunately, he didn't at all. So I warn you - if you want to HAVE a trip to Warsaw, choose the other hostel. This one I strongly unrecommend.
