Generally not bad. very close to center, just 15 minutes from the main attractions. accomodations conditions are bearable, however, we had an opinion that the first night shits were somewhat smelly. But since the owner is approuchable, he changed them next day. It was also quite difficult to start the heater, sometimes we could not, and that is why had to sleep in cloths.
