| Comments (English): Believe what everyone says! We had exactly the same experience. Couldnt find the hostel on the st, rang the hostel, guy said we didnt have a booking there, then he realised we did, told us he'd come pick us up (being 2 girls, we refused at first, but eventually gave in). Guy picked us up and took us over to the other side of town (not close to the station and museums as advertised). Guy fed us a bullshit story about why he'd taken us to their other hostel and tried to blame us, all the while contradicting himself; then charged us more for the room than was owed, playing on there being nowhere else for us to go. Our bedroom had a list of rules on the wall, including as people said - no eating, lockout during the day etc. The next day we checked out giving the guys there a total serve for lying to us, and booked into the Holiday Inn, where the staff were incredibly hospitable, not to mention giving us a weekend+backpacker discount (plus the breakfast there is the best ever...and it has the significance of being the hotel where all the journalists stayed during the war). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Comments (English): It's clean and the hosts are very pleasant. However, I came in November and I guess since I was the only guest they didn't find it worth while to turn the heating on so I was freezing for the whole night. I reserved a stay for two nights but only stayed one, I could barely sleep the first night for the coldness in the room. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
