really central place,200 meters near the metro stop.
i was confortable inside the hostel,staff is very nice and helpfull.

I love this place! near the hostel there is a metro, shops and place that you can buy food and clothes, it's in the center of rome!
people in hostel are very nice and helpful, their english is really good!
for sure I'll back there!

little place but for the price that i payd is the best hostel i never been in rome.

After flying from Spain to rome and then a train journey into central Rome it was 21.30pm and nearly 22.00 before I had got to my hostel which I had booked for 3 nights and had a reservation number printed out that I had reserved about 4/5 days before.
On reaching the hostel I very tired ,very hungry and very thirsty and I was told "you dont have a reservation here"... well this made me very distressed and upset considering I had a reservation number AND had payed a deposit.
It wasn't until nearly 10.30 that I had luckily found a place to stay for the night not to far away. I still dont know whose fault it was that it happend but after after a flight and a train journey and a long walk with a back pack that was the last thing I needed.
Unfortunatly I cannot say anything positive apart I have been promised to be refunded for the problem and not entirly sure whose fault it was but that is my review.

si creen que la limpieza no es lo importante en un HOSTEL y si no les importa dormir junto a CUCARACHAS!!!! Y otros INSECTOS que bueno nunca supe los nombres... y si nos importaria tener granos por todo lado... pues BIENVENIDOS a A1 HOUSE!!
nada limpio los banos horribles!!! y los cuartos llenos de insectos con plagas cada 2 semanas!!!!
el peor hostel!!!

The photos on the website are flasely advertising this place and do not represent AD1 house in rome. They ripped us off from what we were supposed to get and tried to seperate a group that bought romes together. sketch and dirty place. the employees even slept in the room with us!!

Was able to find a decent place at the last minute...It was a little hard to find at first. The number on the websited was incorrect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen area had limited cooking supplies so it was difficult to make any type of meal. Right down the street from the colosseum

The apartment was not clearly signposted on the outside street door, if I did not have the physical address on me i.e. Via Foscolo no.17 I would not have found the address. It was easy enough to follow directions to the apartment. AD 1 House apartments were full on my arrival. Fortunately the manager arranged alternative accommodation and took me by car to "David's Flat". I was very happy with this accommodation - except that lodgers left the communal bathroom floor all wet. I personally mopped the floor for my use. The location was central for sightseeing purposes.

excellent price/quality.
The owner is really helpfull and funny.
it is possible use internet 24 hours and sllep late in the morning.

is a place for people that like going out in the night!!!

place is little but nice and clean.
Staff is really funny and helpfull:they gave me the information for have a good stayng in Rome.
Just in the night is not so easy sleep...but it is a Hostel!!!!!!
I had a very good impression of the place.
breakfast is served in a bar near by
