Comments (English):
There is no reception at guesthouse, so the key should have been in a key lock. It wasn't there and I had to wait for 1 hour until someone arrived (on the telephone they told me it was a 5-min walk). I received no apology of the managers whatsover. The room was double-booked. Bathroom was very dirty, the bathroom and our room weren't cleaned during our stay (2 nights). In the mornings we had to wait for the bathroom, it was constantly occupied. The house was very noisy.
All in all a very bad experience.

Hi my name is Joy, I and my husband lodged at Totterdown casa at 51 Totterdown Street,City of London England on the 12/05/15 tilll 14/05/15. At our arrival, there was no sign of Totterdown casa non B&B at the so called address. We then find our way into the house by asking people on the street, mrs carmen told us at our arrival that we booked a room online but the house was not located at Totterdown Street so she said her son or one of her business lady will direct us to the house. But I told her that we booked for a room at this address and she started arguing with us that we made a mistake and I told her that we also booked for un-suite room and she was arguing with us that we have to share toilet with other users of the house. All this was not stated online, so they lied to us, and mrs Carmen said we can not pay by card, that they do not take card. At booking,com , were we found the advert, they said the B&B was located on 51 Totterdown Street, an un-suite room and we can pay by card. So in all, they lied to people online and when you get there, they will make your holidays misrable, so be careful anyone reading this comment... The room was very untidy, full of dust, cat hairs all over and the roof window, there was no cotton so when we were in bed people upstairs can watch us while we were sleeping, no good ventilation etc...

I made reservation for a room with Internet. After arrival (Monday) I heard that internet will be but on Friday (I stayed till Wednesday). I went to the room and noticed that there's no lock in the door. I asked WTF? Guy said that the locks will be mounted tomorrow (which didn't happen till our leave). As it was not enough heating system stopped running in the middle of the night. I called the Landlady and she said someone will show up and check it. Well that someone were 3 people without any knowledge what to do. What turned out is that they forgot to pay for the gas and that was the very reason of the problem. Well. They actually didn't know hat they may take their card (which you insert into gas measuring system) and go to the nearest shop to top it up! They were wandering in the kitchen not knowing what to do...
Before our leave on Wednesday they still haven't mounted the locks...

Stayed in better back packer hostels in the back end of Guatemala 30 years ago! Waited 40 minutes to get in then further 30 minutes for bedroom to be ready. Absolute rubbish. Wasn't expecting the Ritz or champagne reception, but really!!

BAD
- No reception, we had to call for someone gave us the key.
- We stay in another adress, not the one in the reservation.
- We had to pay 5£ as a deposite for the keys and towels.
- We paid for a private bathroom and there was any room with it.
- The person responsable at the office was very rude.
- Thera was no wifi at the room, we need to come downstairs to get signal.
- There are no shutter ou even dark curtains, at 5.30 am was completly day inside the room.
- The park in the street we stay in was pay 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
GOOD
- The bed was realy confortable!
- Realy close to the subway station!

Was meant to have a shared kitchen and shared TV room when I complained they said they had spoke to the owner and he was coming over to see me as I also paid for a triple room and they gave me a double so I had paid more than a double was the owner never came over so I would he is a lier so I will never use this place again a they started tusing the shared kitchen as another room to squeeze some more people in just to make more money not giving the guests he had a second thought absolutely terrible

pleasant enough but severe lack of communication and hygiene about the place. did us okay for two basic nights, as we spent all of the day out visiting sights so didn't have to spend to long in the room!

Heu comment dire , 1 on a attendu plus de 1heure que quelqu'un vienne nous donner les cles et ca nous a laissé le temps de faire le point : lire les commentaires qui expliquent que les photos ne correspondent pas ,et tous les accueils bidons du même genre. De 2, l'environnement pas terrible, limite inhospitalier et pas de parking ni stationnement correct, on a mis 20 points de plus pour aller au jurys inn a Croydon et on a trop bien fait, ok Londres est cher mais parce que pour moins cher on trouve souvent des trucs limite pourri ! A bons entendeurs.... Évitez, surtout si vous avez des enfants !
