Comments (English):
I took a long time trolling through the sometimes misleading discriptions of properties.
We were looking for a place slightly out from the throng. Homely, and more genuine local Italian. We were not dissapointed. Being cared for, but also left alone. Like our own apartment.
A fantastic Restaurant over the road, meant we were garaunteed a great meal after the tiring sight seeing.
At F&F - A lovely friendly couple who immediately made us welcome. Who have the best advice on where an how to go.
We shall look forward to returning!

Comments (English):
This was a warm and homey place. Easy to get to the Vatican and train stations. Could be a bit noisy at times but this is part of staying in one of these lovely old buildings! Neighbours (there were three beds there) were polite and tried to stay quiet. A nice experience.

miy stay at Filomena e francesco was very pleasant. The room is exactly as I saw it on the internet. Just a quarter of an hour walk to the Vaticanmuseum an a busstop in front of the building. The breakfast is good. Filomena is running the B & B, she is a nice person.
The only advice I would like to give the owners is to serve a welcoming drink when you arrive during the day. Just a cup of coffee or tea would be nice after a long journey. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would go back there if I stayed in Rome again

Location was ok but facility was very bad. Wifi was not stable and refrigerator was broken and elevator was also not stable.
They shuold fix those things before doing B&B business.

Ottima posizione per visitare Roma. Molto cordiali i proprietari. Buona la colazione. Buona la pulizia. L'unica piccola pecca, a voler essere proprio puntigliosi, è l'ascensore piccolo (se si hanno molte valigie è necessario fare più viaggi).

Comments (English):
We very much enjoyed our stay at F&F B&B. The rooms were clean and spacious and our room had a wonderful view of the dome of St Peter's. The personal touches such as recommendations for sightseeing, Mass attendance and transportation by Filomena & Gianfranco were so much nicer than the more commercial feeling a hotel would have provided. We were within a short walk of the Vatican and bus service to all the major sites was right across the street from the B&B. We would definitely stay there again if we ever are lucky enough to return to Rome.

This nice b&b is the perfect base to visit the Vatican, the museum, the churches and the monuments of the area. We were there only for one night, on business travel but we'll be back in fall for a week holiday. We highly recommend Filomena e Francesca for the good service, the nice room and the kindness of the owners, always at your disposal for any information you may need.

Comments (English):
Good location. Nice and clean room. New and clean bathroom. Wifi works good. 15-20 minutes by walk to the Otaviano Station and from Vatican. Bus stops in front of the place for all touristic attractions. Host are very friendly and helpfull. I recommend this place for sure.
