Aucun personnel d'accueil dans l'auberge de jeunesse. Attente très longue pour avoir la chambre avec des draps propres.Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche.
Cuisine sympa mais une seule table pour manger à 4.
Propreté à revoir au niveau des sols en moquette.
Assez loin du centre...

Фото не соответствует действительности. В ванных комнатах и на кухне грязно. Отсутствуют мыло, шампуни, фены. Отопление работает не всегда и часто было холодно. Особенно на кухне.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour deux nuits le 1er et 2 mai dernier un peu au dernier moment suite à l'annulation d'une première réservation. Que dire...?
A l'arrivée, personne pour accueillir les voyageurs, tout se fait par texto, quel dommage...
La chambre en elle même était correcte mais sans plus ( le sommier et le matelas n'était pas vraiment au top...) et des lampes de chevet seraient les bienvenues.
Ensuite, les salles de douches et wc ( communes à l'ensemble des résidents) étaient franchement dégoûtantes le vendredi et le samedi. Il a fallu attendre le dimanche matin pour avoir quelque chose de plus propre (il faut même prévoir son propre rouleau de PQ...!)
Au niveau du paiement, il était stipulé sur le site de réservation que l'on pourrait payer par carte bancaire....sur place, on nous signale que cela ne pourra se faire qu'en espèce. Et heureusement que l'on était là au moment où une personne passait pour encaisser sinon, il fallait laisser l'argent sur la table de chevet dans la chambre....
Cette location de dernière minute nous a permis d'effectuer notre séjour sans soucis mais il est certain que nous ne retiendrons pas cette adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Inget stämmer med bilderna i annonsen.
När vi anlände till London, svarar kontaktpersonerna inte i telefonen.
Genom sms förklarar dom att vi har fått fel rum,fel adress och blir anvisade ett helt annat område.
Ingen hjälp att transportera sig dit, ingen service, bara en adress via sms att bege sig till.
När vi anländer dit till den nya adressen, tar det extremt lång tid innan dörren öppnas, efter många knackningar , bankningar, öppnas dörren och
personen fattar inget alls till en början.
Till slut blir vi insläppta, värden ringer uthyraren och vi får ett rum, inte vad vi beställt men tak över huvudet.
Upptäcker sen att man struntat att byta sängkläder, fullt med hår i sängen-jätte äckligt!!
Däremot var det modernt, renoverat för ca 5 år sen gissningsvis

Quite far from the city center but with good connections + 10 min walk. hard to find location as there is no sign on the wall, the access door is actually on the street corner, you can't know on which street it is actually. I call the owner and he sent an sms with the access code and room number. The property is extremely DIRTY, I have never seen something like this, the bathrooms and the kitchen are extremely dirty, it seems that nobody cleaned the sink, the shower cabin or floors in the bathrooms from the opening date, nor the floor or tables or FRIDGES or cookers in the kitchen. Even the kitchen is well equipped, except the lack of a microwave, I couldn't touch anything being so dirty. I couldn't imagine a fridge could look like a garbage tin but here I've seen that. If you ignore the uncleaned floor, the room was acceptable as size and offers basic bed comfort. There is no staff in the house, only in the second day I met an almost non-speaking English guy that was taking out the garbage and he collected the money and gave me a kind of receipt. definitely I'll avoid this place and I'll recommend to my friends to do the same!

They didnt know we were coming, there was no reception, some guy lst us in who didnt speek a word of english, the other guests stole my food,there was no paper in the bathrooms, we had to open the door for several other guests who couldnt get in in the middel of the night. The first couple were told they Should have had our room, the second had to sleep in the hall because all rooms were closed.
I will never book with your companie again

call on arrival and was not operating the phone had to wait several hours for another tenant opened the door for us . no one controlling the hotel people come making noise at any time . cleaning the bathrooms could improve not come wifi to the rooms.

리셉션이 없어서 들어가는데 30분을 애먹었습니다. 그리고 관리하는 사람이 여러명이라 서로 돌아가는걸 모르나봄. 처음에 3명인데 2인실로 가라고 하질 않나, 그리고 문자로 200파운드 두고 갈테니 잔돈 챙겨서 갖고 오랬는데, 200파운드 다 들고 가고 잔돈을 주지 않았음. 전화해서 따지니 다시 알아봐주고 전화준다고 해놓고서는 전화가 오지않음. 다시 전화해도 또 다시 알아봐서 다시 전호해준다하고 오지 않음. 그래서 11파운드 받지 못했음. 별로임
