Comments (English):
I stayed here for four nights and it was lovely and comfortable. I had a lovely big room to myself at the rear of the property so even though we were on a main road, it was very quiet.
The staff were lovely. Very pleasant and helpful. Even though I did not eat much breakfast there was a very good selection.
Last but not least the price was excellent.

All in all I can not fault the Rivermere for the price I paid. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Just two down sides:-
1. The shower was messy. It was a wet room type shower, so the bathroom was soaking after each shower.
2. Breakfast was lovely and they had gluten free bread but I had a glass a water and it tasted awful.
The staff were friendly and helpful also. I would stay again.

Arrived to Rivermere as you'd expect but the girl behind the counter had no record of my reservation, had the email on my phone to say otherwise though. We were actually booked into a sister guesthouse which was only a few doors up thankfully but a phone call or email prior to arriving at the Rivermere would have been welcome. Apology wasn't exactly extended either, more a case of this is the way it is.

Comments (English):
I had a most pleasant stay in HarmoyInn - Rivermere. Staff were of great assistance and couldnt have been more helpful. About a 7 minute walk to the town centre which was excellent. The room was basic enough but with an excellent shower. I would return again.
