The room was quite nice and clean, the shared bathroom was small but fine! I would recommend it!

Nous sommes arrivées à la chambre, après 30 min passé à attendre le propriétaire, il n'y avait plus de place pour nous
Nous avons donc été relogé dans une autre résidence, soit disant beaucoup mieux.
Une chambre était insalubre, rongé par l'humidité.
Le propriétaire ne s'est jamais présenté à nous.
Il fallait laisser l'argent sur une table dans la chambre.

no electricity for two nights, and the landlord left us alone, didn't pick up our phone, very very bad experience

We stayed in a small flat in the basement. The halway really smelled of moist basement, luckely the flat smelled a little better. The beds, linnen and towels were clean, but the flat had not been cleaned after the previous guests. Dirty floors, hair in the corners. Kitchen missing almost everything. Kettle without a wire. Bathroom door hanging in only one henge.

Für ein kurzes WE ist es ok. Man kann auch problemlos den Bus zur u Bahn oder in die Stadt nehmen, dann muss man nicht bis zur u Bahn 20 min laufen.
Positiv- es gab sogar Handtücher , sehr ruhige Straße
Negativ im Hostel - keine Putzfrau die täglich die Bäder putzt.
Waren 4 Tage dort. Zimmer werden auch nicht sauber gemacht was wir aber nicht schlimm fanden.

Fazit: haben für den Preis nichts anderes gefunden , würden sonst wo anders hingegen, dass etwas näher in Zone 2 liegt

I loved to stay over there, the room was ok and just like the picture. Amsterdam is amazing.

horrible... we can´t come in the hostel (we arrived late) and nobody helped us. We tried calling the owner and he said he will send somebody - nobody Comes. In the end we were wainting 4h in front of the door and it rains. We Need to go to a Hotel for the night 100 Pound extra!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner don´t pay us anything. HORRIBLE HOUSE

we can`t locked the door in the room. The bathroom was dirty and no towels anyway.

kamer was niet zoals in de advertentie aangegeven (was geen waterkoker en haardroger) in de kamer en was niet zo schoon , maar je mag gerust gebruik maken van de keuken en wasmachine en droger .
Buurt is ideaal , veel winkels en supermarkten in de buurt en 2 metro stations zijn met 5/10 minuten lopen , dus voor paar dagen logeren is waard.

Vimos las fotos de un sitio ideal para nosotros. Viajamos con dos niños pequeños y así se lo hicimos saber. Nos encontramos una habitación con humedades, en planta por debajo del acerado. Hasta la cortina tenía moho. Baño y cocina sucios. La puerta del baño estaba rota, la de la salida de una habitacion se sujetaba con una perchas y unas baldosas rotas. El patio estaba sucio y tenía un coche cruzado. La entrada al alojamiento sucio. Las fotos no sabemos donde las sacarían, pero allí no. Porque el alojamiento que "alquilan" no es donde estuvimos nosotros. El día del check in descubrimos que no había agua caliente. Nos dijeron que vendrian a arreglarlo el segundo día. No fue nadie. Se lo dijimos a 4 de ellos y nos ignoraron. Es un completo fraude. Sucio, cutre, sin agua caliente, con humedades,... NO LO RECOMENDAMOS PARA NADA.

Price is pretty good. However, patrons might experience some difficulty on the first day when checking in as owner is usually not around. Give them a call and they will give you a passcode so you can let yourself in. Room is reasonably clean. There are washing and cooking facilities, so thumbs up to that. Owner is also generally responsive to any complaints e.g. internet woes.
